-Deposit to be sent by bank through SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (please remember to send a copy of the deposit by email) / Pay by Link within 48 hours from the reservation: 25% of the whole amount (no refund in case of a cancellation or no show)
– If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, the booking will be canceled by the reception
-Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur in a no extra charge
-Cancellations made 16 to 29 days prior to the date of arrival will incur in a further 15% charge (calculated on the whole amount)
-Cancellations made 8 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival will incur in a further 25% charge (calculated on the whole amount)
-Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge
– There are no refunds for early check outs and no shows
– A no show or an early check-out will incur a 100% charge
– If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced, it is up to the reception to determine the price
– By confirm the booking, the guest accepts all the conditions of our cancellation policy
